Hit Hot also develops and manages artists. Services include vocal development, creating style and artist identity, production of demos, mixtapes and commercial releases. We also arrange gigs and showcases, help with website design and represent artists to record companies.

Currently Hit Hot is representing Rebecca Wedderburn, a singer/writer from Birmingham — see her profile below and listen to some samples of her music.

Rebecca Wedderburn

Rebecca trained at Birmingham stage school, from age 2 to 17(!) then turned professional with Spice Girls Tribute band Hot Spice touring Europe for 2 years appearing in France, Germany, Switzerland and London. She then joined R’n’B group The Pussycatz recording original material and for 2 years toured the UK playing at, amongst other venues: the London Hippodrome; Party in the Park; Disneyland, Paris; plus London clubs Heaven, Pop, Cafe de Paris and The Cobden.

Now a solo singer/writer — in collaboration with Chris Hytch at Hit Hot — she writes observational songs to a variety of indie rock backings, influenced by such diverse styles as 60s progressive, 70s punk and 90s big beat, often melded together into a totally new mix.
